By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by Techulas Software Solution Private Limited ("Techulas," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Techulas. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

2. Description of Service

Techulas is an AI products company that builds and operates software-as-a-service (SaaS) products powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. Our current products include Casagbic, an AI-powered coding agent, and other products we may launch from time to time (collectively, the "Services").

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@techulas.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• One Account Per User: Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse our Services is prohibited.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk communications
• Upload, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any computer network connected to our Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our software
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services or the data contained therein
• Use our Services to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our Services without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including suspending or terminating their account.

6. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or create through our Services ("User Content").

License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant Techulas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to our Services — including but not limited to software, algorithms, models, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and documentation — are owned by Techulas or our licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell our Services, reproduce our proprietary content, or use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Subscription Billing

Certain Services may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle.

8.2 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a paid Service, contact us at hello@techulas.com within 14 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests at our reasonable discretion.

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

9. Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails from us as a necessary part of using our Services. These include account verification codes, password reset links, security alerts, billing receipts, and service notifications.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. Our Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, hardware failures, or force majeure events).

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance through our Services or via email.

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your use of the Services poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users
• We are required to do so by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (we will attempt to notify you before taking this action)

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will remain in effect.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF DEALING.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be available without interruption, be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Any content obtained through the Services is accessed at your own discretion and risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHULAS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Techulas in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) — whichever is lower.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techulas and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your User Content.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the Services or via email to the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using our Services and close your account.
